What personal data we collect and why we collect it

The personal data is obtained from two sources: registered user`s activity and visitors information (analytical packet). At this moment there is no option for any visitor to register on site without permission of site owner, therefore user`s activity is not relevant for any site visitor except site owner. We collect visitors activity for statistics and site optimisation purpose.

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

The rights on all the media materials such as photos and textures, which are used on the site fotoleven.nl, belong to the site owner and/or persons presenting on those photos. Fotoleven.nl has an exclusive right to publish said media materials with permission from their respective owners. It is not allowed to use, publish or do any manipulations with those media materials without  permission from copyright holder or media owner.

Contact forms

The information, which may be submitted through the contact forms on this site, will be used only for customer service purposes – scheduling appointments, billing or any other customer-related activities. Information which is submitted or collected via contact form, has no aim to be used for marketing purposes.

The information we collect  typically includes the commenter’s IP address, user agent, referrer, and Site URL (along with other information directly provided by the commenter such as their name, username, email address, and the comment itself).

We share the site data collected from visitor`s activity with two content providers – Google Analytics and Webmaster.Yandex. The information is used only for preparing an activity & traffic source report and for site improvement. We do not use the data from visitor`s activity for advertising.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
